Teachers Recruitment Scam Chief Ex-CM Chautala Caught for 10 Years
Former CM of Haryana Om Prakash Chautala and his son Ajay Chautala
have been declared to ten years jail in the teachers’ recruitment scam.
Immediately after the sentence was published by the court, protesters threw stones & oil bombs into the court premises.
The protesters fought with the cops and spelled slogans.
Besides the exCM and his son, the court offered ten-year-term to 2 IAS officers and 4 teachers in the case.
Earlier in the morning, police used batons and teargas to control thousands of supporters outside the court.
The supporters had assembled outside the building in the early hours
and struggled with police after it stopped them from entering the court
complex. The police utilized batons and teargas to hold the supporters.
