The JEMAT 2013 application forms have to be duly filled by the candidates clearly mentioning their names along with complete signature. The candidates have to also affix a copy of attestation signed by a Gazette officer. The candidates should also send a Demand Draft along with two copies of color photographs that should not be less than six months old; the date of the day on which the photograph is taken should also be clearly mentioned.
